Warranty

Of course we try to do everything we can do to satisfy and keep you as a customer. However, it can of course can happen sometimes that you are not completely satisfied with a product or service we offered. The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty. In that case you can claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
