After your order
After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. As soon as your order is processed, we will send an email with the track & trace code of the carrier. This usually happens between 17:00 and 19:00, so you can follow exactly when your package is delivered.

Product out of stock or in backorder
It may happen that a product is temporarily out of stock. This is always clearly stated on the product page. In the unlikely event that something does go wrong, we will contact you as soon as possible via e-mail.
If we do not receive a response, we will try to contact you by telephone. We make every effort to deliver the product within 10 days. Don’t you want to wait for this? We will cancel the order free of charge and refund the purchase price immediately.

For orders outside the European Union, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are at your own expense. We are not liable for these additional costs.
